You asked for it - here it is! Tastealotta will hold a Mozzarella class on Thursday, July 23rd, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. This will be our last class, so don’t miss it!

We are thrilled to announce that Rynn Caputo (co-founder of Caputo Brothers Creamery) will conduct three full demonstrations of stretching mozzarella. Caputo Brothers has been featured in Food and Wine magazine and recently won a Samuel Adams National Contest.

Complimentary beverages and specials will be offered during the class.

The cost of the class is $40 per person + tax. To place your prepaid reservation, please stop in or call the store (717-731-9900). Class size is limited to 30 people and seats are going fast! No reservations will be taken via email.
