Italian Pasta Salad with Pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese
The addition of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese make this salad a light meal in itself!
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 8 ounces pepperoni diced
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese diced
  • 1/3 cup Tastealotta Oregano Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Tastealotta Basil Olive Oil
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 3 scallions diced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 4 ounces kalamata olives pitted and diced
  • 1 Tsp . Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
