Fruit Smoothie
Have this smoothie for breakfast or a snack. This is a basic recipe, so be creative!
Ingredients
  • 1 pieces small banana broken into small
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 - 5 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp . Tastealotta Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • Dash of cinnamon optional
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Optional healthy add-ins include ground flax seeds, protein powder or nuts.
