Quince Mousse & Prosciutto Wrapped Figs

This is a delicious summer snack - figs just beg for the sweet and salty combination this recipe offers. They only take a few minutes to prepare, and are literally bursting with flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp quince preserves
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • dried figs
  • Cambozola cheese
  • Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • Tastealotta Fig Balsamic Vinegar reduced
Instructions
  1. With a mixer or food processor, blend cream cheese, quince preserves and chili sauce.
  2. Slice dried fig 2/3 of the way through and insert a teaspoon-sized wedge of Cambozola cheese.
  3. Wrap the filled fig with Prosciutto.
  4. Before serving, drizzle with Tastealotta Fig Balsamic reduction.
