This is a delicious summer snack - figs just beg for the sweet and salty combination this recipe offers. They only take a few minutes to prepare, and are literally bursting with flavor.
- 1 Cup cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp quince preserves
- 1 Tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
- dried figs
- Cambozola cheese
- Prosciutto thinly sliced
- Tastealotta Fig Balsamic Vinegar reduced

With a mixer or food processor, blend cream cheese, quince preserves and chili sauce.

Slice dried fig 2/3 of the way through and insert a teaspoon-sized wedge of Cambozola cheese.

Wrap the filled fig with Prosciutto.

Before serving, drizzle with Tastealotta Fig Balsamic reduction.
